User ID/Password Help
 

If you are having problems signing on, or would like to change your password, please choose from the following selections:

I forgot my User ID
I forgot my password
I would like to change my password
I did not receive my email with my temporary password
My account is locked

I forgot my User ID
To obtain your User ID, you will need to enter your Social Security number and 10-digit loan number. An email with your User ID will then be sent to the address you entered during the initial eServices registration process. 

 

I forgot my password
To recover your password, you will need to enter your User ID and 10-digit loan number. You will then be prompted to answer your three security questions. Once you correctly answer the security questions, you will be able create a new password. For your security, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. 

 

I would like to change my password
You may change your eServices password online. Your password must be at least eight characters in length and meet three of the following four requirements below. Your new password cannot match any of your previous six passwords and cannot be changed more than once in a 24-hour period.

  • Includes a lowercase character
  • Includes an uppercase character
  • Includes a numerical character
  • Includes a special character (!, @, #, etc.) 

I did not receive the email with my temporary password
Your temporary password is sent to the email address you entered during the initial eServices registration process. If you did not receive the email containing the temporary password, you may request a temporary password again, or call us at 1-800-289-8004, Monday – Friday, 5:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific Time for assistance. 

My account is locked
To unlock your account, you will need to enter your User ID. An email with a temporary password will then be sent to the address you entered during the initial eServices registration process. Once you have signed in to your account with the temporary password, you will be instructed to change it. If you are unable to access your account, please call us at 1-800-289-8004, Monday – Friday,
5:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific Time.
